After clearing out the initial room of Fl'ckta, jump into the small pools, and locate a uplink chip. You'll need this later in the level.

You need to visit each computer room, in the correct order, in order to activate the computer. When you reach the fourth computer room, you'll see many rising and falling platform. Use these, jumping back and forth to get to the opening in the back of the room. The chip you picked up earlier will be used in this room, thus activating the computer, and allowing you to jump out to Bagged Again (23).
