Deja vu, all over again. You *could* take the exits to level 6 or level 12, which are in the same place as before, but its more sensible to take the new exit, which lies to the west, in order to proceed with the rest of the game.

By following this exit, you'll find a difficult set of stairs that you have to jump back and forth in order to climb. Run all the time while you are doing this, and you'll make it to safety in no time. This exit leads to Eat the Path (17).
