It's by no-zero-four (@no-zero-four) on tumblr and features Mjolnir Recon 54 with severed arm. The image came with the tag line Somewhere in the heavens... They are waiting. No doubt they are waiting for a... MEDIC. Not My Marathon... I hear you cry! But this is where it gets a little freaky... A few days later no-zero-four (@no-zero-four) gave us this!  Flowers in heaven by no-zero-four (@no-zero-four) on tumblr. November 4, 2024. The piece is entitled Flowers in heaven. Flowers in Heaven is the title of a Marathon music track used only once in the game. Play it while you ponder the meaning of the above image. Day #540. Back in October Bungie's Joe Ziegler gave us an update on Marathon's development.  Joe Ziegler. Marathon Developer Update. October 28, 2024. In his video presentation there were a number of images displayed behind him. One was a new version of the UESC Marathon in orbit around Tau Ceti IV. Now Michael Veselovsky (@vsIvsk), a web and graphic designer from Moscow, Russian Federation, has recreated this image giving it the title... Dead Orbit.  Dead Orbit by Michael Veselovsky on x.com. Staying on the subject of Marathon (as we do) some Destiny fans are so excited about Marathon they are recreating Marathon scenes in Destiny 2 using customisation and that helmet. As for the infinity "plot" it was a bit of an experiment in terms of seeing how much people could digest from a complex, hard to follow story. From the results, I would conclude that people like reading stories at about the 5th grade level of complexity. Which is fine. I learned the lesson. It dates from shortly after the Marathon announcement hence the original Rocinante Titling font. So... those Tau Ceti artifacts. How many pieces do you need to create a Prime Artifact? Steve Cotton (Creative Director on Marathon). Somewhere In The Heavens - ViDoc. There is always one more piece to get that Prime. The concept art animations for the Somewhere In The Heavens - ViDoc were created by Kennon Fleisher (Motion Graphics Lead at Bungie) and animators Adam Schmisek and Ryan Policky. No stranger to Marathon is Lamb (aka Lambda-fallout125). Lamb writes: I wanted to do do some quick doodles of The Iconic Cyborg protagonist of Halo's brother Franchise Marathon.  Marathon Cyborg Doodles by Lamb (aka Lambda-fallout125) on DeviantArt. March 23, 2020. Now some may argue that these are not mere 'sketches', these are Lamb 'doodles' and are finished art! Check out Lamb's sci-fi comic series on DeviantArt. His edgy style would really suit a MIDA inspired comic. After all he did give us the MIDA Mini-Tool Lore Tab adaptation. Some time ago Lamb did a series of Halo Marine Doodles which would not look out of place in NuMarathon today, one helmet in particular!
