He had no mouth and only one large emerald green eye with which to see the world. He had no idea where he was, except that the huge ship belonged to a race that called themselves "human". He just continued with his work because his masters, the pfhor, forced him to. To ever stop would mean punishment, very harsh punishment, without question. Yet, the pfhor did not need a guard for each Seefit to give them orders and keep them under control. They used fear to keep the Seefit in their bondage, and used their thoughts to give the Seefit orders.
All of the Seefit under the control of the pfhor were always connected by their thoughts to one single pfhor leader, known to them as the Controller.
The Seefit were never able to think to themselves as the Controller would be able to see what they were thinking and punish them accordingly.
