Control Tower? What Control Tower!

Once on the level, there are several "dry" areas to explore. The major points of interest (IMHO) are the large reservoirs of sewage. The first reservoir (the one you can see from the room you entered the level in) has a Juggernaut and a pathway across the dam. In this picture, you can see the pathway on the far wall. At first this pathway is locked to you, but later on you can open it.

The second reservoir holds the Dam Control Tower. This reservoir is accessed through an "airlock" in the dry area. The airlock is unusual because it has the sewage bordering dry space on a vertical side. This picture shows the airlock from the inside.

Here's the location of the airlock on your map.

Once you've found it, make sure you have enough Oxygen for 30-60 seconds underwater, and enough health/ammo/courage to deal with a Juggie. Once you're ready, go through the airlock and let yourself sink to the bottom. You will see the base of the Dam Control Tower ahead of you. If you look closely, you will see that the base has two sides with an open area running north-south. This is highlighted in the picture.

Head for this passage. As you get closer you'll see a smaller passage branching off the main. This is how you'll enter the Dam Control Tower. The picture shows the opening of the smaller passage.

Once in this passage, follow it around the corner until it dead ends (a very short distance). Now hold your swim key down and rise to the surface. Exit the pool and you are in the Dam Control Tower!

Here's the Dam Control Tower on your map. Notice the sewage "pool" in the middle of the tower. That's your way into the tower. If you approach the base of the tower at the floor of the reservoir as indicated by the arrow you should find your way in pretty easily.
