Bungie Map Making Competition:

Bungie's map making contest is swinging hard and heavy and the quality of
submissions is very high.

For contest rules and reg's see Bungie's home page (www.bungie.com) and for
e-mail submssions send them to competit...@bungie.com, ftp, or send them in
by snail mail.

The winner(s) will receive ONE heck of a cool prize - keep tuned to this
station for additional information as it becomes available ;)

Secondly, the best submissions MAY make it onto a future Bungie product.

Best of luck,

-J

I realize I'm cranky (and no offence meant to you, Bones, none at all),
but does it bother anyone else that Bungie retains all rights to contest
entries? I've got three very nice levels here that are the beginning of a
ten-level scenario ... but I don't want to cut out level two (which stands
alone nicely) and send it because I'm worried about how it will affect my
future work on the overall set. More troubling since I'm not likely to win
(I've seen the competition :) and I want that puppy back afterwards!

We retain the rights to all submissions so that we can "hassle free"
display them on our web site. In addition, we MAY put some of the best
entries in a folder on a future title release.

So there's no truth to the rumour that you're going to bundle the top 30
maps and sell it as "Marathon Zero"?
