I picked this up at the Bungie booth early in the show. I had planned to do all
my game related looking & buying after I took care of business, but I stumbled
<sic> across the Bungie booth and saw they were running out of copies faster
than they expected. So, I took the plunge. When I got it home I found it had
no docs, so I returned it the next day. They game me a new copy which proved
to be complete when I opened it at the booth. Good customer service.

The game itself has proven to be fabulous. The early parts of the game are
very similar to the demo, so if you got good at the demo you will breeze into
the real game...at least initially. At different points the game has proven to
be tricky, funny, engaging, and frustrating. I expected the plot & adventure
aspects of the game to be very weak -- just an excuse for shooting things.
There is plenty of shooting, but you'd be well advised to keep your wits about
you and do some thinking as to the best way to proceed. So far I have really
enjoyed the unravelling stories of the different groups that have entered the
pyramid. If you plan on playing the game I would advise not reading too much
about it ahead of time. I think it would reduce the enjoyment if you knew too
much.

I have gotten down to the Labyrinth & Need A Light levels. Has anyone finished
it yet?

Oh boy, just found the M-79 grenade launcher. Hmmm....this will be fun.
