Does someone know; was there ever a spoiler guide posted for this scenario?
I've had it lurking on my hard drive for eight months and still have never
managed to get through it. Thanx in advance for any pointers,

Duane

There used to be an excellent web site with all sorts of info on
Brewster's maps, OT included, with guides and such. Alas, it's dead now.

errm. this is a totally useless post, isn't it? actually the only thing I
can recommend is to look for old OT posts in agm on Dejanews. It's no
substitute for the original guides, but you'll find a few tidbits here and
there. good luck...

M1, but don't let that fool you. It is outstanding fun. Loads of carnage
and surprises. Pretty cool, non-linear story line. Tough Marine cyborgs
with pistols, rockets, and 3x shields (it appears).

The problem is that the mouse code for M1 is totally skrewed. And playing
Marathon with keyboard only =/= fun.

I might give it a shot anyway.

There was a post a few days ago about the item in the subject. Noone
responded as to where one, or even if one, existed. Can we get any
response from someone either way?

Okay, this isn't definitive... but I seem to remember a basic guide on
the Tantalus web page. It was web-based, though, not downloadable... so
since the page doesn't exist, it's unlikely the guide exists anymore...

...unless Hamish, the original packBoB, kept a copy somewhere. Hmm...
Hamish?

True to form, Hamish Sinclair has proved, once again, that, like dryer
and old gum, if something Marathon-related passes through his hard drive,
it sticks and can almost never be removed.

In response to the request for a strategy guide for Operation: Tantalus,
Hamish has resurrected the original "Jim & David's Marathon Map Page", so
that the world can once again enjoy this truly impressive early TC effort.

It's being hosted by the Marathon's Story page, so you can find it in one of
four places:

http://marathon.bungie.org/story/jim&david/maranet.html
http://164.58.172.178/marathon/story/jim&david/maranet.html
http://www.marathon.org/story/jim&david/maranet.html
http://smd033.smd.tcd.ie/jim&david/maranet.html

Enjoy, for the second time...
