I know this isn't the most scientific way of determining the opening of a site, but the first visitor to my pages referred from Bungie's new pages was on Friday night (the night you posted this). The pages all say they were last edited March 16, but I've been back since then, and they weren't up yet... my guess is, you saw them within 12 hours of their existence.
