Any material deposited here is for the free use of anyone with the conditions:

The original author must be credited as contributing to your completed work. You do not have specify what the contribution was though if you use a whole set of maps, sounds, etc it would be courteous to be specific.

If the author deposited the material here with specific conditions attached (e.g. a set of sounds be used as a whole and not piecemeal) you must follow thos conditions.

Since the original author retains copyright the material should not be used in a commercial product without their express permission. Depositing the material here does not imply that permission. I don't know of any commercial product for Marathon/Aleph One and I doubt it would sell if someone created it but this needs to be said.

Though not an obligation it would be helpful if your credits made reference to the Orphanage.
